We offer a variety of training packages to suit your needs and budget.

 
 

Silver Package

$609 a month You will receive 2 personal training sessions a month. 2 written workouts for additional training on your own. An additional one-day access pass a week to train in the studio on your own. 

Gold Package

$709 a month You will receive up to 3 personal training sessions a week. Access to the studio facility when you are not training with your trainer. Free nutritional consultation. 

 

Platinum Package

$809 a month Up to 4 personal training sessions a week with additional access to the studio when you are not training with your trainer. 1 free Bootcamp class on the weekend. In addition, you will receive a nutrition plan that will guide you to your goals up to 60% faster. 

 

4-Week Meal Plan

Each week, savor a variety of nutrient-packed meals designed to fuel your workouts and enhance recovery. 1-10 session packages $100 a session. 

11-20 session package $75 a session

21-100 session packages $65 a session (paid in full option only)
